VwC joined Feeding San Diego and the United States Police & Fire Championships for an emergency food distribution dedicated to the members of the hospitality industry.

WELCOMING ASYLUM SEEKERS AS SHELTER COURIERS

Saturdays in March 


Shelter Couriers help pack and deliver meals and hygiene kits.  They can also put together bags of hygiene items, food, and other supplies at their shelter and delivering them outside hotel doors (contactless) to ensure that families get the resources they need while in JFS/SDRRN's care.

First Thursday of the Month: Walk in A.R.T

First Thursdays of the Month

The Hillcrest Business Association (HBA) is hosts Walk in A.R.T on the first Thursday of every month; a monthly night art market in Hillcrest San Diego.  Based in the heart of this popular neighborhood, adjacent to the popular Mural Alley, this event brings out Hillcrest's trendy crowd.  Artists, performers, and spectators will gather for this monthly neighborhood event.

Palm Springs Pride

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Formed in 1986, Palm Springs Pride produced its first Pride Festival in Palm Springs to celebrate the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion on New York City's Christopher Street. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was incorporated in 1997, and today brings together the skills, talents and vision of our diverse community to produce the Coachella Valley’s Pride parade and two-day festival, which attracts over 100,000 participants to downtown Palm Springs.
